Underage criminal responsibility
Most children think the age of criminal responsibility is 18. But in fact, The age of criminal responsibility under the law in the State of Israel is 12. This is the age at which our child makes a transition from being a chils to having a criminal liability, the age at which he is responsible for his actions. And this is a heavy responsibility.

In fact, the responsibility is so heavy that we should not allow our children to begin the transition to this age without prior warning that there are serious consequences for their actions, which not only involve suspension from school, but also in complicity with the police and the criminal system.

In a lecture tailored to their age, I explain to them the meaning of that responsibility, how it is applied to them, and what their obligations are from the moment they reach the age of 12, and no less important - what are their rights.

The lecture is adapted for grades 6 to 7 and lasts from one hour to one and a half hours.

The lecture can be adapted to higher grades by prior arrangement.
